Okay… so I’m not really sure how I’m feeling about Akon’s latest stunt.
That is flagrant!
I don’t know… that looks like ego to me. I mean, I know those rockstars bite the heads off of birds and like to play with snakes on stage and all that, but this is something different.
Chances are pretty good that Akon is not doing that kind of thing at his concerts in New York, Baltimore, LA, Chicago, DC, or any other thorough city. I don’t know where this concert was, but the kid that he threw into the crowd was apparently 15 years old. That kind of thing doesn’t happen at concerts with STRONG people.

The word is that the kid is going to sue Akon, and I guess I don’t really blame him.
I thought Akon was Ravishing Rick Rude for a minute… the way he picked the kid up and tossed him. I was expecting to see a body slam, piledriver, or powerbomb.

So after some very hard work, the Cleveland Cavaliers have pulled off what some are calling a BIG upset. They beat the Detroit Pistons last night, ending any hopes of another Pistons/Spurs showdown.
What can I say… Lebron is that guy! The media has been on him like crazy, blabbin about how James isn’t mature enough to go to the big dance. He pretty much proved the haters wrong in this series. Much respect.
I’ll be very interested to see what the Cavs do against the Spurs.
It is also worth mentioning that the Pistons definitely did NOT play like the Pistons. Rasheed (Wallace) hurt his team throughout this series because he couldn’t keep his emotions in check. The team also had a rack of turnovers that sabotaged any chances of them becoming World Champions again.

Boom… this new Hostel movie looks even sicker than the first one. I don’t do too many horror movies these days, cause they’re normally dumb with no point. Most movies spend too much time on the gore, and not enough on the plot. This movie looks like it will deal with both equally.
